Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
Combine:
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped or shredded and drained
2 t. white wine vinegar
1 T. chopped dill or fresh mint
1 clove garlic, minced
dash white pepper
dash salt, optional
Serve with falafel, salmon, etc.
