Fresh Apple Cake

Mix:
2 C. sugar
½ C. oil
3 eggs
2 t. vanilla
Combine & add:
3 C. flour
½ t. soda
1 t. cinnamon
Add:
1 C. chopped pecans
3 C. grated apples
Pour into a greased tube pan.
Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
Boil one minute & pour over hot cake:
1 C. brown sugar
1 stick butter
¼ C. milk
Leave 2 hours then turn out of pan.
