Mix:
2 ¼ C. flour
½ t. salt
½ t. cinnamon
1 C. brown sugar
¾ C. granulated sugar
¾ C. oil
Remove ¾ C. for topping, blend in & set aside:
½ C. chopped nuts
1 ¼ t. cinnamon
To remaining mixture add and blend until smooth:
1 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
1 egg
1 C. buttermilk (can be 1 C. milk soured with 1 T. vinegar)
Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
Top with topping mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes.
