The General’s World Famous French Pancakes

Sift together:
7 C. flour
5 t. salt
10 t. baking powder
1 C. powdered sugar
Add:
20 eggs
6 2/3 C. milk
3 1/3 C. water
5 t. vanilla or grated lemon rind
Mix together; batter may be a little lumpy.
Cook till golden brown on a hot buttered grill (grill is the right temperature just as the steam starts to come off of it).
Turn when bubbly.
Spread with a little butter and jam then roll a cooked link sausage inside and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
