Poppy Seed Muffins
Beat together:
1 C. sugar
½ C. butter or margarine
2 eggs
¾ C. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
Add:
2 C. flour
¼ C. poppy seed
½ t. salt
¼ t. baking soda
Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake 15 minutes 375 degrees.
