Stir together:
3 C. rolled oats
½ C. wheat germ
½ C. chopped hazelnuts (filberts) or sliced almonds
Stir together & heat in sauce pan:
1/3 C. honey
½ t. shredded orange peel
1/3 C. orange juice
½ t. cinnamon
Combine and toss until coated.
Add:
1 C. coconut
Spread in non-stick baking pan.
Bake 325 degrees 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
