Bake 4 minutes at 400 degrees:
1 deep-dish piecrust
Melt:
2 T. butter
Add and cook until tender:
2 T. minced green onion
Add, cover & simmer 10 minutes, then uncover and cook a few more minutes:
½ lb. Mushroom
2 C. cooked, cubed chicken
1 t. salt
1 t. lemon juice
Pour into piecrust.
Mix and pour over chicken:
3 eggs
½ C. half and half
pinch nutmeg
pinch pepper
Top with:
1½ C. grated Swiss cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes until puffy and brown.
