Dissolve & proof:
½ t. yeast
½ C. warm water
Add:
1 T. olive oil
1 1/3 C. flour
¾ t. coarse salt
Knead.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 4 pieces.
Roll in 1/8 inch thick rounds.
Brush with:
olive oil
Place on hot grill.
Grill 2 minutes per side.
Remove and season with salt.
