Jane Grace’s Black Bread

Soften in large bowl:
2 T. yeast
3 C. warm water
Add and mix one minute:
2 C. gluten or white flour
4 C. whole wheat flour
Add and mix 3 or 4 minutes:
2 C. wheat bran
2 C. rye flour
2 C. wheat germ
1 C. rolled oats
2 C. warm water
1 C. molasses
8 t. salt
2-4 C. white flour
Let rise.
Divide into 4 parts.
Form into balls and roll in oats.
Let rise again.
Bake 350 degrees- 45 minutes.
