Linda Smith’s Hot Rolls

Combine and proof:
1 T. yeast
½ C. warm water
pinch sugar
Combine separately:
1 C. scalded milk
1 C. margarine
3 eggs
½ C. sugar
1 t. salt
4 C. flour
Add yeast and mix well.
Let rise up to 4 hours.
Roll out, brush with melted butter, cut and roll into crescents.
Let rise up to four hours.
Bake 350 degrees 18 minutes.
