Aunt Carolyn’s Corn Bread
Combine:
1 C. corn meal
1 C. flour
¼ C. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
Cut in:
1/3 C. shortening
Add:
1 egg
1 C. milk
Bake 400 degrees 25 minutes
8 x 8 pan.
