Soften in bowl:
4 ½ C. warm water
3 T. yeast
1 C. brown sugar
¼ C. oil
Add:
3 C. oats
3 C. raisins
2 T. salt
2 t. cinnamon
5 C. white flour
5 C. wheat flour
Mix 10 minutes.
Rise 1 hour.
Shape into loaves and let rise again.
Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes.
If desired, roll dough.
Sprinkle with:
cinnamon and sugar
Roll in loaves.
