Aunt Carolyn’s Egg & Sausage Casserole

Brown and dry on towel:
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Spicy Sausage
Add and mix well:
6 eggs
1 ½ C. milk
1 t. dry mustard
2 slices bread torn in pieces
Grated cheese
Chill all night.
Bake uncovered 350 degrees 45 minutes.
