Let soften in bowl:
5 C. warm water
3 T. yeast
2/3 C. honey or brown sugar
2/3 C. oil
Add:
2 T. salt
4 C. white flour
9-10 C. wheat flour
Knead 10 minutes with bread hook.
Raise 1 hour.
Shape into loaves and put in greased pans and raise again, 45 minutes.
Bake 350 degrees- 40 minutes.
