Garlic Cheese Bread

Combine and proof:
1 T. dry yeast
¼ C. water
Combine:
1 carton plain low-fat yogurt, warmed
1 T. sugar
½ t. cracked pepper
¾ t. salt
½ t. baking soda
½ C. oil
¼ C. milk
1 T. spicy brown mustard
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 t. garlic
Add:
2 eggs
2 ½ C. flour
Knead, let rise, put in pans, let rise again.
