Combine:
3 oz. creamed cheese
1 C. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 egg
Add:
2 C. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
½ C. sour cream
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Pour into heavily greased muffin tins sprinkled with:
½ C. sliced almonds
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
