Date Nut Bread
Pour into 8 ounce cup:
juice from one orange
Add water to fill cup.
Add:
1 t. grated orange peel
1 C. dates, diced
1 t. vanilla
1 egg
2 T. oil
Add:
2 C. flour
¼ t. salt
1 t. baking powder
½ t. soda
1 C. sugar
½ C. nuts
Bake 350 degrees 1 hour
