Cream:
1 oz. pkg. creamed cheese
1 C. sugar
½ C. butter or margarine
Add:
1 ¾ C. flour
2 eggs
¼ C. milk
½ t. vanilla
1 t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda
¼ t. salt
Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Spoon over top and swirl into batter:
½ C. raspberry jam
Bake 350- degrees 30 minutes.
Sift powdered sugar on top.
Garnish with:
fresh mint and raspberry.
