Cream:
1 C. + 3 T. margarine
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
Add: 3 C. flour
1 t. salt
Add alternately with flour mixture:
1 C. buttermilk
Combine and add to mix:
1 C. boiling water
1/2 C. cocoa
2 t. soda
Blend in:
1 T. vanilla
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
Bake cupcakes for 15 minutes
Frosting
Powdered sugar
Cocoa
Butter
Milk
Vanilla
