Carolyn’s Blender Wheat Pancakes
Pour into blender & liquefy for 4 minutes:
1 C. milk
1 C. whole kernel wheat
Add while blending:
3 egg whites or 2 eggs
1 T. sugar
¼ t. salt
2 T. olive oil
1 t. baking soda
Add last:
2 t. baking powder
Cook & Enjoy!
