Combine:
1 C. warm water
1 T. sugar
1 t. yeast
Add:
1 clove garlic
¼ t. thyme
1/3 t. sage
3 C. flour
1 t. salt
Let rise 1 hour. Punch down.
Roll into 12 x 16 inch rectangle.
Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Make side by side slits 1 inch apart 4 inches long on both of the long sides of the rectangle.
Spread on dough:
2 T. Dijon mustard
Cook together:
1 pound spicy sausage
½ C. chopped onion
1 small green pepper
2 ribs chopped celery
Add:
1 C. chopped black olives
2 T. minced parsley
1 t. dried fennel seed
1 egg
Spread down center of dough.
Wrap dough strips alternately over mixture, first one side then the other,
And tuck in.
Cover & let rise ¾ hour.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Adam and Julie’s Montana Wraps
Spread:
large flour tortilla with
thin layer of sour cream or cheese garlic alfredo sauce or ranch dressing
Add:
Sliced lemon pepper chicken
Crisp fried bacon
Cooked white rice
Grated sharp cheddar cheese
2-3 T. salsa (optional)
Microwave 2 minutes
