Combine and let sit:
½ C. warm water
1 T. honey
2 T. yeast
Combine:
2 well beaten eggs
1 t. salt
½ C. oil or butter
1 C. warm milk
Add yeast mixture.
Add:
4-5 C. whole wheat flour
Rest dough 10 minutes.
Knead 10 minutes.
Let rise. Punch down. Rest 10 minutes. Shape into rolls
Cover and let rise until double.
Bake 350 degrees 15-20 minutes.
