Mix together & store:
1 C. brown rice
1 C. millet
1 C. oats
1 C. barley
1 C. rye
(Enough for 10-14 servings)
Crack in a blender or wheat grinder:
½ C. of grain mixture
Put in a pot with:
1 ½ C. water
¼ t. salt
Boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
May add:
Nuts, sesame or sunflower seeds, dried fruit, fresh berries, maple syrup, lemon juice
