Bonnie’s Home-made Noodles
Beat:
2-3 eggs
Add:
flour
Until almost stiff.
Roll on well floured counter until real thin. Keep sprinkling flour so it doesn’t stick.
Roll up and cut into noodles.
Spread noodles on counter to dry.
Add noodles to boiling broth.
May be frozen.
