Skillet Tomatoes & Zucchini

Melt in a large skillet:
2 tablespoons butter
Add & cook over medium heat until crisp-tender:
2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Gently stir in:
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon basil leaves
dash pepper
Cover & cook 3-5 minutes until tomatoes are tender. Remove from heat & sprinkle with:
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup seasoned croutons
Cover & let stand 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
