Basic Smoothie

Blend in blender:
1 C. fresh or frozen fruits
(Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries,bananas, fresh peaches, nectarines, etc.)
2 scoops frozen yogurt or sherbet
¾ C. juice
(orange, pineapple, lime
peach, etc.)
4-6 ice cubes
