Aunt Carolyn’s Creamy Potato Soup
Cook until tender:
diced potatoes
Pour off water.
Melt:
2 T. butter
Stir in:
2 T. flour
Add & let thicken:
2 C. milk
Add & heat till warm:
sliced cooked carrots
frozen peas
1 jar cheese whiz.
