Rob Elliot’s Tacos that Matt ate 11 of at Mission Prep

Brown in frying pan:
2 pounds ground beef
5 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. Tabasco sauce
1 C. salsa
Fry in canola oil:
Corn tortillas
Serve with:
Grated cheddar cheese
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
