Coconut Macaroons
Combine & let stand for a minute:
2 2/3 C. coconut
¾ C. sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
¼ t. almond extract
Drop onto brown paper on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake 325 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
