Frosted Strawberry Squares

Mix and spread into a 9 x 13 pan:
1 C. flour
½ C. brown sugar
½ C. chopped walnuts or pecans
½ C. melted margarine
Bake at 35o degrees for 10 minutes, stirring a couple of times.
Cool
Combine & beat at high speed until creamy:
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
2 egg whites
2 t. lemon juice
2/3 C. sugar
Fold in:
1 C. whipping cream, whipped.
Crumble nut crust and spread 2/3 on bottom of baking dish.
Spread creamed mixture over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs.
Cover and freeze 4-6 hours before serving.
