Cookie Cake Bars

Megan’s Roommate Kristin’s Special K Cookie Cake Bars with Johnston Modifications 

Cream together:  

1 C. butter 

3/4 C white sugar 

3/4 C brown sugar 

1 t. vanilla 

 2 eggs 

Stir in: 

 2 C. 2 T. flour 

 2 t. cinnamon 

 1 t. baking soda 

 1 t. salt 

Add: 

 1 C. chocolate chips 1 C. butterscotch chips 

Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Spread dough. 

Bake 375 degrees 20 minutes or until barely starts to brown and knife in center comes out clean.
