Eddie Johnson’s Ginger Snaps that Craig makes
Cream:
6 C. sugar
3 C. shortening
1 ½ C. molasses
6 eggs
Combine & add:
12 C. flour
2 t. soda
6 t. cinnamon
6 t. ginger
3 t. cloves
3 t. salt
Bake 375 degrees 8-10 minutes.
