Spinach Salad

Break and toss together:
1 large bunch spinach
1 head red or butter lettuce
1/2 pound cooked crumbled bacon
Combine:
1/3 C. cider vinegar
2/3 C. salad oil
1 t. salt
1 t. dry mustard
1 T. onion juice
1 T. poppy juice
1/4 C. sugar
1 C. cottage cheese
Immediately before serving, toss dressing into salad.
