Crispy Garlic Chicken

Arrange on baking sheet:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Combine and pour over the chicken:
1 envelop Lipton garlic mushroom soup mix
1/3 c. mayonnaise
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle chicken with:
2 T. plain dry bread crumbs
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until chicken is no longer pink.
