Dip chicken breasts into eggs,
then into cornstarch.
Fry on both sides till golden brown.
Place chicken in a roaster, or 9X13 pan and pour sauce over.
Sauce
Combine:
1 cup water
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 cups white sugar
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
8 tsp ketchup
1 tbsp. cornstarch (make a paste with water)
Bake for one hour at 350 degrees
Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes
Serve with rice.
