Aunt Carolyn’s Hot Chicken Croissants from Tom & Jessica’s Wedding Luncheon

Put on plate:
1 croissant sliced & open
1 grilled chicken breast or
hot turkey slice
several avocado slices
tomato slices
Top with:
Hollandaise sauce
Monterrey cheese slice
Serve with:
spinach salad, fresh fruit.
