Combine in a small bowl and set aside:
1 T. sesame seeds, toasted
2 t. grated ginger
2 T. honey
2 T. reduced sodium soy sauce
Place between 2 sheets of heavy plastic wrap and flatten to ¼ inch thickness with a rolling pin or meat mallet:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Coat grill with cooking spray and place over medium hot coals. Cook chicken 4 minutes on each side basting frequently with soy sauce mixture.
Transfer chicken to service platter and garnish with:
Green onion, sliced in thin strips
