Dorothy Johnston’s Baked Shrimp Recipe for the large shrimp that Grandpa Johnston’s Citizen’s Warehouse & Trucking used to haul from the harbor in Los

Shell & remove vein from:
1 pound of raw shrimp
Marinate 2-3 hours in fridge in:
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. mayonnaise
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
Minced garlic
Dip shrimp in:
crushed bread crumbs.
Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes.
Good with:
stuffed baked potatoes
layered vegetables, fresh fruit & homemade ice cream
