Florentina’s Bolivian Chicken from the Bolivia Santa Cruz Mission Home
Sauté in butter:
1 onion
½ green pepper
Add:
Catsup
4 bouillon cubes
water
Add:
Chicken pieces
Simmer one hour.
Serve over thin egg noodles.
