Mix & press half into bottom and sides of an oblong baking dish:
4 C. Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix
1 C. melted butter
Stir together in saucepan:
1 C. milk
2 cans cream of celery soup
Add:
3 C. diced cooked turkey
1 ½ C. frozen peas
2 T. minced onion
Dash pimento & green pepper
Turn into baking dish and sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until bubbly.
