Venezuela Pumpkin Pie
Combine:
6 eggs
29 ounces solid pack pumpkin
2 C. brown sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
½ t. cloves
½ t. ginger
½ t. nutmeg
2 C. evaporated milk
Pour into two unbaked pie shells.
Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
