Raspberry or Strawberry Jell-O Salad

Combine and dissolve completely:
1 large pkg. raspberry or strawberry Jell-O
2 C. boiling water
Add:
1 or 2 pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries.
1 C. cold water
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 or 2 sliced bananas
½ C. sliced or slivered almonds.
Chill until set.

Topping:
Cook until thickened:
1/2 C. pineapple juice
2 t. flour
¼ C. sugar
1 egg
Cool then fold in:
1 C. whipped cream
