Caesar Dressing
Combine:
½ C. olive oil
1 t. salt
12-15 finely cut, oil packed, flat fillet anchovies
1 t. freshly ground pepper
2 T. lemon juice
1 egg
½ to ¾ C. freshly grated Parmesan
cheese
