Sydney & Linda Smith’s Spinach Salad

Toss together:
1 bunch spinach
1 head romaine lettuce, cut
1 purple onion, sliced
¾ pound fresh mushrooms
¾ pound Swiss cheese, grated
1 C. cottage cheese
½ poun bacon, cooked & crumbled

Poppy seed Dressing:
Stir together:
1 C. olive oil
1/3 C. red wine vinegar
1 t. dry mustard
½ C. sugar
1 t. salt
¾ t. poppy seed
Pour over salad immediately before serving and toss.
