Suzanne Mosman’s Chicken Salad
Combine:
2 C. diced cooked chicken
¾ C. grated cheese
½ C. diced celery
½ C. slivered almonds
9 oz. crushed pineapple
½ t. paprika
½ t. salt
½ C. mayonnaise
Top with:
½ C. mayonnaise
½ C. whipped cream
