Fry until light brown:
1 large pkg. coconut
7/8 stick or margarine
Press into pie plate to form a crust.
Drain & lay in crust:
1 large can sliced peaches
Combine & chill until thick:
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 C. milk
Fold in to pudding mixture:
½ pt. whipped, chilled whipping cream, whipped
Spread mixture onto peaches and refrigerate.
