Chimichurri Rojo - Meat marinade
1/2 c red wine vinegar
1/4 c virgin olive oil
1 1/2 T hot paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp toasted and ground cumin seeds
1 bay leaf, broken in half
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Combine and mix well. Refrigerated, keeps for one month
